after readjusting my camgears, one of the bolts stripped and i cant loosin it....my car right now is at +10 intake, 0 exhaust....it runs good, i cant tell a huge difference, but i know it helped compared to my other setting....i wanted to try to get it at +7, but that wont work until i pull the engine....so has anyone dynoed +8,+9, or +10..... just wondering how much power i might be losing

Ya know, i may be wrong here, but most guys who have these cam gears dont ever get much past 4-6 degrees on either gear. 2-4 degrees(cant remeber which gear is which if + or -) is where most guys say you get the best response. If your hitting 10 degrees and running good i still think that you may have been incorrectly timed from the beginning and your 10 degrees now has actually got you closer to the "relatively correct" timing setting of where you should be with these gears.
Correct me if im wrong anyone!

I have dynoed +4 and +8 degrees timing advance on the intake cam. See here for the results.

Remember ever 1 degree of cam rotation equals 2 degrees of crank rotation.

Smooth idle? We don't need no stinking smooth idle.
