I just bought my eclipse(spyder 1998 GS) from ohio, i live in
montreal(canada),
and the car came with a cool air intake, but the mass flow
sensor is not plugged in!!!!!
My RPM's are reving at 1300 when im in park, my car doesnt
know what its doing, it speed when it wants to, it doesnt move
at times?

Do i need it a air flow sensor to be plugged in?
Can any one send me a pic of how my p-flow should look like
with the sensor plugged in?

Thank you

if it has the 420a in it, there is no mass airflow sensor,
check the iac and tps in the throttle body

The spyder has a 4g64 engine in it, not a 420A. and you
DEFINITELY need the MAS hooked up. that is your prob. go to
the Dodge or Mitsu dealer near you and get one. they are
simple to install.
