first, decide how much you are willing to put up with vibration. the better the insert (or mount) the more vibration you will feel. the $20 energy suspension inserts are great!

especially for the money. but if you want to go all out performance, get the AFX solid mount.

i have prothanes and love them. my balance shaft is removed and the vibration is not that bad at all. the newer design of the prothanes are a lil softer than the older ones. they are a PITA to install. inserts should be fine.

I have the DIY run4cvr mounts which are just OEM mounts that run4cvr filled with window weld. Firm enough to get my exhaust system rattling when the A/Cs on, but not so firm that I have a rattle trap. I think they are similar in feel. Doing it yourself with window weld might save you $5, so I would really only suggest it if you've got a set of them sitting around.

A great mod either way. After I get some head work done, I'll be looking into the solid mount, which you can DIY too. ;)
