Guys I know someone just posted something simular for going nos and higher compression. But I trying to do the opposite. I plan on going turbo in apr...(after inspection) I want to do some head work.(cams, camshafts,lifter,valves ect) I need to know what is the best thing to do for going the turbo way.... Where I can get most of the internals too. I already have cam gears. I know we are waiting on crowel to see if they are going to make camshafts if not I can get them to do regrinds. But what about everything else... I need to know what exactly I need and where to go for them.

Well, PT rockers and lifters will work with turbo. Crane Valve Springs and retainers will also.

A lot of people think that stock cams are the best for turbo.

is there an application for the turbo with the regrinds... why do people say stock ones is that because no one has made one for our car...

I'm gonna let the turbo guys tell you more about that and the theory of turbos. There are companys that sell specific grinds for turbo but I don't know if the gains are there or not.
