Just trying to come up with some ideas, since I think it would be cool to have, and I could sell some stuff too. What all could be made? I just thought of an oil pan, and manifolds, off the top of my head. What else? Brainstorm, and come up with anything you can.

And also (unrelated, but I don't want to start a new post) what goes into making an oil pan?

to answer your question though, solid motor mounts, just about any exhaust piece, intercooler piping, lots of neat things.

i dunno if you have welding experience or not but if you dont i say learn then play around. good welding is hard to learn and takes lots of practice. and you certainly want to be capable when you start welding on car parts that are vital to performance and saftey. as far as your question, its virtually limitless on what you can do once you learn. intake mani, exhaust mani, oil pans, etc...the list goes on and on.

you could weld a flux compassitator... they are off da hook... also its a hell of a cigarette lighter :) but seriously, make some fat custom exhausts/mani's/intakes..anything man.. get good and make some cash..

If i were you i'd try to shorten a stock shifter for starters......:+

I made a plate to block the egr on the head, and have done quite a few *repairs* with a plasma welder (cutter).

i'm actually itchin to make a nitrous powered go-kart :P in my best Cartman voice "welding is cooool"

The Egr plates are already being made just for the neon....
