can some one do a simple write up nothing extravicant just general.

i may need to do one to my G/F's car soon and i don't know if i want to do this my self... how difficult is it?

if you can find the right valve compressor and you know how to seat the valves it shouldn't be too hard. if you don't i'd recomend taking it somewhere to get it professionally done.

unless u have a machine shop in your garage i doubt u can cut seats

to remove the head yourself wouldn't be that bad but unless u dont understand how a DOHC car works and timing n such...

thank you very much, mechanic it is LOL, i want to learn to rebuild an engine though... once i get my project car i'm gonna work on it the most i can do! since i woln't have to worry about down time and all

your best friend would be to read the FSM online its in juggalos sig and dinos has them up too...

read those and the chiltons manual on the over hua sections and get a engine rebuilding book and read it. it will help u understand how the motor works and how to take one apart...

*** note when remeoving engine catagory your nuts and bolts to certain sectors or u will pull your hair out like ive done many a time...
