Has any one had there 420A Block built up to a 2.2L with 11:1comp before?
My bro just had this done and we are going to take it to the dyno on sat or sunday.

Just wondering if this is commen or not and what you think the gains will be. Where guessing about 40 to the fly give or take 10hp. He had the whole lower block done up real nice. New rods, pisotons, races gaskets, over bore from 2.0L to 2.2L, Stroked to 11:1comp, and a few other things. He also has all your main bolt-ons. (CAI, Header, Exaust,Cam Gears,MSD Stuff, Wires, that kind of stuff)
So what do you all think.:thumbsup

Sounds like a nice setup. He'll probably be real happy with it. 11:1 is a nice bump up from the stock 9.6:1, and torque gain from the 2.2 stroker is pretty good too.

how do you haev a motor stroked to 11 to 1. compression. LOL just messing with ya. He will probaly like the new coprision it will be nice off the line i no that.

if i could do anything, i'd hit up brynden's shop and get that 2.4 stroked, turbo'd, built motor. ah damn, i just drooled:P

Tells me I need some cams, springs, an AFX ECU and suspension mods. }(

I love it. We installed the UDP, I ported & polished my intake mani and TB and the car hauls ass now. Sure I may have less than 170hp at the crank, but I know I'm putting down more than a 20hp increase at the wheels. It moves.

If I take her to redline, I'm above 100mph before I hit 5th gear and I'm there with the quickenss. All motor ownz m3. :p

Dyno? Sounds like a nice set up, love to see some numbers, the higher compression definately feels nice.
