produce better gains for us non-turbo guys that have a short ram setup? I'm thinking that there will be a more direct flow of air to the intake which might help things out a little. Please don't flame...I'm kinda a noob when it comes to performance stuff.

well, im sure it would but wouldent it be better to get a CAI or just put an extension on your short ram so that you pick up cooler air from below the car righ there at the vents? lots easier and you dont have to remove your light to do so

I have a cold air system(i don't use it cause i live in jersey and we get the freak thunderstorms that pop up out of nowhere) I was just thinking I would take the light out for this coming friday cause I'm gonna be running my car on the track.

Can't wait to see the car steve....I might have something on my car to show you too....that's if I can find the damn things in stock somewhere.

Just put the filter on the end of your throttlebody and take off the hood. :thumbsup
