Has anybody heard of this. I was reading Import Tuner and the Top Fuel RSX had one on it. It goes before the FPR and magentically charges the fuel to make it flow more even. I tried looking for it on the net, but the only website I can find is in Japanese. IT claimed a 5hp increase on a stock K20. If this is true, would it be that affective for us? Supposed to increase fuel economy also.

For us mainly fuel economy and better response from acceleration....I was also looking into it about 3 months ago
