Well i just did a search and most of the break in questions were for the turbo engines. I spun a bearing and had to replace a bunch of parts, and i also went ahead and got new rings. I think the break in is like dont take it over half throttle, and vary your speeds? I need some more info on that. Also, I am supposed to change the oil after 500 miles because of the machine shop may not have gotten all of the metal shavings out of the crank? Then at 1500k then 3k after that? I need some info before i blow my motor or something. Thanks in advance

There's many different ideas on how to break in. This is always a touchy subject. Some people say drive the shit out of it, others say to take it easy, the miles and days between oil changes are al different, but it seems like the one thing everyone agrees on is make sure the engine is warmed up before you go getting on it.

I took the following approach:

Stay under 5 grand for a couple weeks, but make sure to vary the RPM. After a couple days, I would make it a point to wind her up to 4k at the shifts and maybe take her to 4500 a couple times. Be sure to wind her up and then stay in that gear and let her compression brake back down. You want to load the rings both under accel and decel. A couple times, I went to an industrial park where there was no traffic and left her in 2nd to wind it up to 4500 and then coast back to about 2000 a few times.

I changed my oil after the first week. Then I'm waiting 2 weeks (okay, so I missed the two week mark, but I'm doing it next weekend, so :P ). Then I will go a month, then 3000mi, then I'm going to the Mobil 1 synthetic. Make sure to just use the cheapy conventional oil. No synthetic for a few thousand miles.

Just keep your radio off for a while and keep an ear out for odd sounds and keep your eyes peeled for smoke or leaks and vary the rpm and you should be fine.
