Its not adjustable on our cars in stock form. The ECU pretty much has full control over timing. It can be retarded with an aftermarket ignition system. For full ignition timing control, you'll need a standalone engine management system.

Are you referring to ignition timing, or cam timing? Ignition timng is non adjustable. Cam timing needs all 3 timing marks to be lined up. YOu have 2 marks on the cam gears, that should face eachother like this -- . Then, there is a small arrow on the t-belt crank gear outer lip, that will line up with anohter arrow on the oil pump housing, right behind the crank gear. Those marks represent TDC on cylinder #1.
