Hi guys just wondering how u guys clean your engines..sine My engine is uhm..dirty as a Vegas girl with a face that looks like a glazed donut... ;) ( I know a bit over board there). I was reding this gunk off stuff and it says rinse off..is this safe on an engine? Oh and i have an uncle that steam cleans his engine ant work (1g eclipse) the steam does a nnice job and hasnt done a thing to the engine yet.

first spray it down good with a hard stream of water to loosen free dirt and grime
chrome or aliminum - use apropriate polish
rubber - use armor all for shine
sheetmetal - meguiars clear coat body scrub
