56003, Oil leaking from valve cover

Hey guys, I'm new to the site, just bought a 98 eclipse RS to rebuild into a show car, finally finished the outside, but now comes the engine work...it runs like hell. I noticed a bit of oil leaking from the valve cover and when I changed the plugs, the 3rd plug is about halfway covered in oil, is this the upper head gasket? as I understand this is a common problem with DSM's, any input would be appreciated. Btw, the power output is crap and it "stutters" kinda like it's running on 3 cylinders. Thanks guys.

You need to change your valve cover gasket along with the 4 spark plug gaskets. Don't worry it's pretty easy:thumbsup

Here's a writeup.. http://www.2gnt.com/www/corbin/vc.html

preciate it guys! well, some people like it, some dont, I went with a full snow white set up...has the typical (overplayed) blitz kit, lowered on eibach sportlines with Konig traffik 18's, yes I do have an aluminum wang, but that's soon to be replaced with a turbo spoiler, projectors painted white and a few things molded here and there, as soon as possible I'll post some pics, take it easy guys
