Where can you get NGK spark plugs that are 1 step hotter than stock?

Ok good, Advance Auto can get them (we have one close by but it's not in my city), because AutoZone doesn't have them.

^^^ I know. I just had to go with some shitty Densos since I didn't want to start her up for the first time with the same old greasy plugs (which were also Densos) :P

I will go to Advance for plugs from now on. ;)

Hmm, that is hard core, I'm scared to do it w/o a pocket logger due to me not having a CEL (I removed it because I removed all my emissions shit), or would I know if I was getting knock?

Hotter plugs make a stronger spark right?

yup hotter/stronger spark. so go ahead and toss in two steps hotter than stock and just rock mid/high octane gas when you fill up.

I already bought the 1 step hotter, I didn't want to go 2 steps till my pocketlogger gets here (I removed my CEL, due to emissions sys's removed) so I can be sure I'm not getting any knock.

Get info though! I'm definately going to go even hotter within the month.

What are the downsides to a hotter spark, would it be worth it, or should i just go one step hotter on my next change?

thanks,

Downsides are higher detination when under high compression (turbo/high comp.) which you don't have to worry about unless you got a turbo or high comp. pistons.

k, how about upsides. I wanna try something different.

What would I need to support the heat range hotter?

Obviously the spark plugs.
Different octane of gas?

Is this safe?
