the shop says its pressure is off and that i cant pass smog with it? how much should i pay for a catylitic converter so i know if i'm being ripped or not? thanx fellas

just ask around. people have some stock cat's laying around and i doubt youd pay any more than 40 shipped for one. ask about one in the for sale/wanted section. someone should help ya out.
