What's the easiest way I can advance my timing. I know I can't buy a new ECU for my 95, which advances timing among other things. So do I have to buy a Apexi AFC? Or is there an cheaper way to keep my timing advanced.

No, and you can't advance your timing either.

Well with the S-AFC if you lean it out the ECU does advance timing a little...

You could buy a stand alone, granted it's the $1000+ solution, but that's about the only way to have control over timing advance yourself. Hmm... what about the new programmable MSD ignition? Doesn't that come with a timing gear for timing control?

Why would advancing timing keep your car from running differently in different weather? What are your mods? What does it do differently, and in what weather? I guess I just don't understand what issues you are having and why advancing timing would fix it.

can't you buy aftermarket cam gears and manually advance your timing? That would be a lot more cost effective than a stand alone. I got mine for real cheap. And it takes 10 minutes to advance or retard my timing.
