I was looking in MOPAR now winter2003 issue. Thay have a windage tray for the DOHC neons. Will this fit are motors.

there is a group buy on crankscrapers in the announcements/group buy section...i have one of the I-J Crankscrapers and it looks really nice.

crank scraper != windage tray.
If its a weld-in windage tray and not a replacement pan, it might fit with some modification. Of course, you could achieve the same effect with a mig welder and some sheetmetal.
