It could, but you would notice it more when trying to start the car. I would check your spark plugs and wires first.:thumbsup

well im way past the spark plug/wire combo. Im trying to figure this out and im running out of possibilities here. the only things on the motor that havent been replaced are the crank angle/cam angle sensors, pistons, rings, rods, and crank. Other than that everything on the motor has been replaced, or cleaned to new. DAMN DSMS
