53999, head gasket torque and bolt questions

ahoy.

The torque specs for the MLS head gasket at this link http://www.neons.org/neontsb/TSB/09/090598.htm say "4. TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS IN THE SPECIFIED SEQUENCE AN ADDITIONAL 90* (1/4 TURN). "

It is saying to torque the bolts another 90 digrees?

Also i will be geting my block back from VT soon, is it ok to use the origonal head bolts from the motor? I blew the HG on it, and i have not checked the bolts for streching yet. But if the oem head bolts look ok is it ok to use them?

thanks!

You "can" re-use them.. but they are only like $35 for a set, worth it to replace them to me.

Yes tighten to spec plus 90* turn.
