are you supposed to put lock-tite on them? or just the 20 ft-lbs then 1/4 turn?

I don't think you need the loctite, but I'm not sure and I'm about 48 hours behind you here, so

um????? if you mean for my engine's gonna be better, thanks.. if you are talking about yourself/significant other having a baby, congrats.... (i just got off of work so i'm confused)
