Just did a compression test on my '95 Eclipse GS. I'm not sure how many miles are on my engine, but I know the top end was just rebuilt. Here are the results:

Cyl 1- 165 PSI
Cyl 2- 170 PSI
Cyl 3- 168 PSI
Cyl 4- 175 PSI

Is it almost time to rebuild the bottom end?:rolleyes

Wet Test results (adding 2 tsps of oil in each cylinder)

Cyl 1- 240 PSI
Cyl 2- 240 PSI
Cyl 3- 235 PSI
Cyl 4- 240 PSI

I guess this shows my piston rings and block are worn, but valve seels are good.

You are correct. Sounds like your rings are getting worn or your cylinders are out of round. You don't have to rebuild if you don't want to, but you will get better performance if you do.
