53074, evap canister bad..any1 do this???

well i made it 2 weeks without working on the car,, now the CEL (31) the canister is bad....so i have to fix that now,,,has any1 done this?? i have a new canister coming, so i figure ill give it a shot on sunday..so if any1 has some input, id appreciate it..thanx todd 97 NT
