52987, Almost done with my 8-injector setup (PICS)

Almost done...gotta actually run the flex s/s lines and bolt things up. Also need to redo the line between rail 1 and rail 2 because i need to clear one last part on the alternator.

To be able to use this setup, I had to cut the hell out of the alternator bracket with a plasma cutter. Check out the pics at http://www.jvllogistics.com/kiku/8injector

Here's a sneak:

My prices so far:

-Lower manifold with already welded on injector bosses and fuel rail(~$80)
-Plasma cut the alternator bracket, get the -6AN fittings welded on the two fuel rails, and weld a new bolt-down location on the manifold for the second fuel rail: ($145)
-Flexible S/S line (15 feet which isnt enough), bunch of AN fittings, and an Earl fuel filter: ($185).

I also got the resistors so i can wire these puppies up to my E-manage additional injector controller :P

And on the primary rail, I am running RC Engineering 275cc/min injectors and secondary cleaned and balanced 440cc/min Ford Motorsports injectors. (Gimme fuel, gimme fire!!! 715cc/min of fuel to be exact!)

More to come...

That's a great job you've done there Vinnie. Good luck with that setup.
