When it comes to the 2.4 swap is the neon and eclipse alot alike? The reason i'm asking is i found a site that has motor mounts and other stuff for the swap and i was wondering would it work? http://www.neonparts.net/newrage.html

If you're just talking engine mounts, then I seriously doubt they will be similar. not just reffering to the engine bays being different, but the engine is turned 180 degrees

The engine is the same way
t-belt on the passenger side
tranny on the driver side
it's the head that is different with exhaust in the back intake in the front
and the engine bay too
we don't share motor mounts
