50331, Really Wierd 02 Problem

Hey guys...
Here is my prob. After driving about a min or so my Air/fuel guage will just stop at whatever color it happens to be at. It will trip a 02sensor CEL. I can notice a difference in power like it stops reading from the 02 sensor and goes off of memory. Then randomly it will be fine again. Or if I turn the car on and off It will be too. My air/fuel guage will start sweeping again /work. Any suggestions?

That's weird...check the connection where the O2 sensor plugs into the 'plug', make sure it tight. If your O2 sensor wires are somewhat exposed check to see if all the wiring is good.
If you don't have any luck, try a new O2 sensor.

Thx Ryan... I will eventually try a new 02, the reason I hadn't yet is I was told they dont just "die" they slowly go out. So now Im all confused...
