Would a bad throttle position sensor make the service engine light come on?? Thanks guys.
-Automatic tranny
-AF/X underdrive crank pulley
-AEM Cold Air intake w/bypass valve (bypass valve is broke in half and now the CAI is a Short Ram and YES you can tell the difference in HP)
-PIAA headlight and foglight bulbs
-Clear bumper lenses
-Eibach Pro-Kits with Tokico n/a shocks
-Pilot Motorsports Front upper, Rear upper, Rear lower strut bars
-PowerSlot rotors (all four)
-Axxis Metal Master pads
-RRE rear camber kit
-Dunlop SP SPORT 8000 tires
-ECLIPSE word on dash
-Red Mitsu symbol on steering wheel
-Painted fog light bezels

when my tps sensor went out, i didnt get a check engine lights.... Pull codes and see what you get

...I don't even think your car would run, but I'm not sure, cause I replaced mine(out of paranoia) when I built my engine.

when my check engine light went on, one of the codes was the TPS malfunction.. this was like half a year ago and i still haven't changed it.. car still runs fine...
