I just purchased a 99 eclipse 3 days ago and I am gonna put a CAI on it. I was thinking about putting a AEM CAI on it because I have hear sum pretty good things about them. Also I am going to put an cat back exhast on it and I have heard that Apexi N1's are the best, but write me back and tell me what CAI's and exhausts are the best.

AEMs CAI is AOK. The N1 is a popular choice, but ultimately, it depends on your budget and goals for the car. Welcome to the fray! :P

Yes, it is best to make sure you have a long term goal planed ahead of time for your car, so you don't end up buying mods you will get rid of later, or just so you can begin saving up enough money for the mods you want :)
