i have racing cams for a 98 gs , would they work on a 2001 neon. SOHC

We have DOHC=Dual Overhead Cams......1 for intake and 1 for exhaust.
The Neon you mentioned (not all don't flame) is a SOHC=Single Overhead Cam....Both intake and exhaust are on 1 cam.
So no, it absolutely would never work. Now, telling me what kind they are and how much you want for them might work :)
