i love my evo. I get compliments on it everywhere i go. It's deep and not very obnoxious at all. It get 2x:thumbsup

From this board you get a lot of favoritism for the Apex'i N1, I'll be another to give a huge :thumbsup for the N1!! It probably has to be the best sounding catback on the market, along with the EVO, and they both offer similar performance gains...but like I said, N1 usually prevails on this board!

Thanks a lot guys! I just want to get some more performance gains, and I have to admit, the stock doesn't sound all that bad...I just don't want to sound like a honda-loud, buzzy, real angry bee-ish. Deep, low, growl is what I'm looking for...so those two are considerations.

N1 all the way, it sounds mean, nice deep throaty growl into a roar in the upper band, I love it.

Apexi N1 bad ass exhaust. I didn't have the best sound with it but i was n/a with 3inch pipeing at the time and had a gutted cat but the eclipse i have heard with it sound awsome.

I just put on my Greddy SP this weekend. I've never owned another exhaust, but it's not really raspy and very VERY deep at speed. I was surprized at how loud it is and how much it rattles my car. Hell when I'm taking off I get a nice back massage if I shift around 2500rpm LOL

the sp is awesome. im sure shuwa can vouge (sp?) for that. just make sure you get the 2.5" piping... it sounds nice and deep, not ricey at all.

Tanabe Racing Medallion. Very low growl and good gains. Comes with a removable silencer!!!

magnaflow cat back (newest generation). it rocks

I am opting for the evo but all this talk of the n1 is making me curious....hmmmm.

I've got the cheap ass MagnaFlow offset rear section (ie GENERIC) and it sounds wicked. Nice and smooth down low, then roars at high end. Gets to droning on after a couple years, but I'll probably replace it with another MagnaFlow.

N1, definetly, awesome sound, not ricey at all. Excellent fit and finish as well

APEXI WS. Nice deep sound, not obnoxious and it doesn't look like a crappy add on muffler. Not too much, but just enough in all aspects!:thumbsup

i like my bosal brospeed its not ricy at all.

i'm gonna be the only one to say it.

GST muffler. it was designed with 210 horses at the crank in mind. i'd like to see someone on the board get to that level (normally asperated) and need a better muffler like a Evolution or an N1.
