when i get my new V2 intake, 60 mm throttle body, indy intake manifold (when it comes out) and port/polish my head, should I get an air/fuel controller?

Probably not a bad idea... if you are serious about squeezing every little bit of HP out of your motor then go for it. I would start doing exhaust stuff before you do that though. You will be flowing a lot of air into the motor, but that air needs someplace to go. Header, and at least a cat-back (2.5"). You might consider a high flow cat too.

as far as the header question....i dont remember which one gives high end and which one gives low end power....but as far as the a/f controller goes.......get the S-AFC......apexi makes it....extrempsi sells it and u can find there banner on here in the vendors page.....290 i think for it.....
