When you install a new ignition unit do you change the plug gap? I will be installing the Crane box here in a little bit and I wanted to know what the plug gap would change due to the added power of the spark.

The instructions for the CD Box actually state what gap to use depending on turbo NA etc. If memory serve They say to increase gap to .045" (stock being .035")

If you are N/A, the NGK wires should be fine. As for the plugs, you could run hotter plugs. I've always used NGK's: bkr5e's for N/A cars and either stock or one range colder for turbocharged cars. I'm currently running stock plugs because I didn't/couldn't tell any difference between the 7e's (one range colder).

Yeah the crane says na is .45 but does not give a spec for turbo. Should I stay with .35 then?
