48198, Idle Fuel Pressure?
Posted by extreme97nt, Apr-03-03 02:40 PM
Ok From what I have been reading the idle fuel pressure should be around 45psi. What would make mine 60? I have a walbro 255lph fuel pump and vortec fmu 30lb injectors and an 8:1disc. The fuel filter is new and I have a 97 with returnless fuel setup. My fuel pres gauge is on my fuel rail testport. Help! Also if I need a new fpr do they make an adjustable one?
TIA

dude you need the s-fmu so you can adjust the idle fuel pressure because you are running larger injectors you need the s-fmu. I got one for sale check the sale/wanted forum.
