47561, weird idle and noise from engine after running for short period

I put my car away for the winter, and have only started it twice since November. It was never winterized, but it sat in a garage all winter. I started it up and let it frun today and after about a minute, the engine started bogging and there was a loud "sucking" noise coming from what sounded like the intake. I was in the car, so i'm not sure where the noise was coming from exactly. I noticed that my air/fuel gauge was all the way on the rich side. I immediately shut the car off, let it sit, then after like 10 minutes, restarted it. it started fine, then after about 30 seconds, it did the same exact thing. any ideas?

you have the same gas in there since nov? that could be the prob.
