Anyone with this setup? How does your car run with this full exahust configuration, any added power results?

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotshot 4-1 header, catco high flow cat, 2.5" in 4" out muffler, custom 2.5" piping connecting all of them. I like it alot, i just couldn't see spending so much on a cat back when i could get a whole exhaust, front to back, with header, cat, and muffler, for about 900 installed.

Im trying to find a good deal on a high flow cat, where did you get yours from?

i have hedders and catback. i think my stock cat is going cause i smell something when i floor it and alot of people said it was the cat. i heard hi flow takes away torque or should i just get one?

performance: K&N intake, 2.5 piping w/ magnaflow, msd wires, pacesetter header, ported tb, custom short shifter
suspension: 1.5 tenzo drop, rear strut bar.
looks: stock skirts, stock 16s, leather interior
future: rear disc, star stage 1

E-bay has hi-flo cats, dunno anything about the quality of them though...cant be extremely great for $55... any one have one?

I recommend just getting a testpipe. The only advantage to a high flow catcon to a stock cat con would be the 5-6 lbs of weight reduction. My test pipe weighs less then any catalytic coverter, though.

i have 4-2-1 headers then to a test pipe and then a custom catback
got a test pipe made for 20 bucks and a custom 2.5 catback made for 55. So all i had to do is buy a muffler a put on it, but i recomend putting a glass pack in the exhaust so it wont be real loud. all i can say is i love it good power on bottom and pulls harder on top:7

Since I live in California, I want to keep the car legal in order to avoid getting shafted with a fine.

I have pacesetter 4-2-1, GR motorsports racing cat, and Thundermuff catback all 2.5"...i like mine a lot, amazing high end gains...good acceleration and third gear scratch...but it is really freaking loud, had to have a resonator welded in.

yea, i have a hi flow cat and i find inspections looking under the car to make sure its there all the time. it looks like a typical cat, if you wanna go that route (and dont have the sniffer) knock out your cat and weld in a pipe...that way it at least LOOKS legal. theywill get you for test pipes in any state but CA especially. oh ya and i paid $125 shipped for my catco one

I have an EBAY cat. BOM racing I believe. Id buy it again. $67 shipped I believe.

i paid $77 shipped for my CATCO from Summit, i think, either them or nopi.
