Alright, my buddy came over and we installed his Apex N1 exhaust today - needless to say, very nice exhaust!

When his hood was popped I was looking at his engine and on the right hand side of his valve cover (on the side) is a screw with a bracket on it. The screw goes into the side of the valve cover, kinda by the cam angle sensor cover.

The thing is, on my car there is no screw, there is a hole with a thread!?!? Umm should my car have a screw there?!?!? Could this be causing a problem?

And the only difference between our two cars is his is 5spd and I'm auto.

Should I go get a screw from Chrysler to put in there ASAP? Or no need to worry about it? I really don't know how long I haven't had it there.

are you talking about the screw that is used to hold a CAI on? My intake pipe is attached to the cover by a screw in the side of the cover. ???

As far as I know its just to hold the circled sensor in place if I am thinking of the right screw. Is it the one the arrow is pointing at??

I had that sensor screwed in on my stock valve cover, but my new cover had the screw busted off in the cover so I just left it off.

Yeah on mine it was just holding on that connector that I circled. ..... I am sure its fine. :thumbsup
