I want to change my stock exhaust for a GS-T exhaust. I have a 96 RS NT. Does it matter what year of GS-T exhaust I get?

Nope. And you opnly need the rear section or the muffler. The rest of the piping is the same size.

I think just muffler or rear section is better than the whole exhaust. I "believe" the resonator is a little different so you get a deeper tone out of puting on just the muffler than the whole cat back. Which to me means better flow.
