It's easy. Jack up the car. Drain oil. Remove oil filter. Remove center cross member. Unbolt oil pan. Change gaskets if needed. Bolt on new oil pan. Tighten bolts but don't over tighten. They are small so they break easy. Put everything back on. Put in oil. Start car. Check for leaks. Ready to go.

Might have to drop the downpipe also. Last one i dropped i just undid the bolts to the exhaust mani and let it hang while i pulled it off.

i'm pretty sure you haveto remove the downpipe but not positive. you don't have to remove the cross member.

Don't want to jack the post but curious, does Moroso make an aftermarket oil pan for our cars?

i don't think they do. as for removing the oil pan, some people seem to ba able to remove it w/o removing the center member or dp. depends on the size of your hands i guess.

I have taken mine off several times and have never touched the exhaust or cross member. The only thing you HAVE to take off is that motor to tranny bracket. But to answer your question, the cross member is the big brace under your motor that the front motor mount bolts to. It runs front to back the whole way under the motor.
