I'm gonna change my spark plugs here soon, but I've read different things and figured I'd get a straight answer here. Should I change to plugs which are one range hotter (as is detailed in the Power Stages doc on this page) or one range colder?

What are the part numbers of each?? NGK VPower that is..

NGK BKR(5)E-11 hotter for NA
NGK BKR(7)E-11 colder for turbo
