45733, track is opening up and need help with wheel size and weight!

k, my 17s can grip at the track even with brand new good ass tires, however if these cant grip and i am still gettin low 16 quater mile times (last season, not with new motor) what can i expect from some stock rs 14's? should i run the 14s or the 17s i cna get the 14s for 100 bucks with decent tires!:thumbsup
