Im looking for someone to make me a custom exhaust manifold to fit a 14b or 16g turbo... I can get the piping and all the "accessories" to a turbo kit basically for free, all I need is the exhaust manifold and downpipe. Can anyone recommend a shop who can do a good job for a decent price? Thanks.

i know that motofool sells exhaust manifolds on his site, and i think you can get them for whatever turbo you want to run. as far as downpipes, i think most custom turbo setup guys get them made at a local shop. ive never actually seen one for sale, although i remember a while back some company was developing one (was one of those three letter name companies :P ), but i dont think it ever went into production.

yes we do custom manifolds but at this time were not offering custom downpipes due to uncontrolable fitament on cars..

i can steer you in the right direction on some of the parts you need to help a local exhaust shop in building one though...

ERT - Exile Racing Technology, does very good custom work... but you need to have you car handy for them to make a custom pipe for you. They have a 2.5" downpipe for a 16G on an HRC manifold, but if you want a custom job you'll need your car at a shop to do the work... So local is your best bet. Where are you at?

Actually im in NYC... I know a lot of you are from california, so I guess your shops really arent local :D

I need the exhaust manifold MUCH more than a downpipe, that I can get made pretty easily around here. Ill definately check out the site for the exhaust manifolds, im looking to run maybe a 14b turbo for now (all free), possibly move onto a 16G when i get my engine rebuilt over the summer.
