neon flywheel and clutch or drilling and taping the flywheel from modular clutch, adding non modular pressure plate and disc + weight of the pressure plate?

I don't think the difference would be appreciable. Your best bet for light would be the Fidanze flywheel. Be careful with drilling an tapping you don't want your clutch to blow up.

the modular flywheels are slightly lighter then the neon flywheels
the neon flywheel are 22lbs and the modulars are like 17 i think..
