4433, Clutch wont release

Bought a 1990 Talon 2.0 turbo with a rebuilt motor (suppose to be a 90 model engine) but when I try and depress the clutch it wont release. I cant figure it out I have replaced the entire clutch systen and still have no luck.

same thing happened on my saturn, the clutch grabbed lower and lower until it wouldn't grab anymore, couldn't get the car out of gear. The master cylinder went out, I'd check that first

Thanks I did, everything in the clutch system is brand new.
