hey I know there is a thread going on right now about these new throttle bodies that are being made, but awhile back, someone posted a pic of a 60mm blue anodized throttle body and I'm just wondering where that pic is and is this new throttle body have any affiliation with that one? I probably will end up buying this new one once it comes out but I am also sending my manifold to ARD to get it p&p, will they port out the opening where the throttle body links up, that would be the best, right?

the blue one was from Neon speed labs, and they basically screwed everyone without any vaseline.
The new one from modern performance is totally unrelated with NSL.
MP is a good company, its gonna retail at like 220 bucks

oh I didn't know, it looked pimp though. anyway, anyone know if ARD can port out the intake manifold plenum to match the 60mm throttle body?once i do this, I am gonna have alot of air to work with.

no it was from modern performance. i don't know how good of a company they are cause i emailed them a couple months ago about the neon throttle bodys and ecu's but they never responded.

I believe he's talking about dougie2's. there's a pic of it in the other thread and yes, it is from NSL (read the inscription on the inside of it in the pic).

He got lucky and actually got one from them somehow.

EDIT: Forgot to answer the other Q. Yes, ARD should be able to match it up if you tell them what you have.
