did this 2 days ago, not really sure how its supposed to be so i don't know if its right....the clutch now engages 2 inches off the floor instead of at the top...but the clutch has about 2 inches of play in it..its very very soft until i get it almost to the floor then i can feel it...i did bleed it correctly...just don't know if its right..

that does sound like a hydraulic problem, maybe try bleeding again? my only guess...
