43627, question about ignition from crane? Posted by freddy_00_69, Feb-05-03 06:57 AM With the 2 stage rev limiter will i have to get a performance ecu to raise my rev limiter. I am going turbo very soon, i know i will need it when i get to stage 3, but for stage 2 will it allow me to raise it from my stock 7000(7200)RPM, or will i need a different ecu. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but i am still trying to understand everything. | |

43638, RE: question about ignition from crane? Posted by MetalJim, Feb-05-03 08:21 AM An aftermarket ignition like the Crane or MSD units do not let you raise your rev limit. You would either have to get the AFX ECU or get a standalone system to do that. | |
