K on the HP header, what size cap do u use for the emisions tube comming off the header?, i dont have my stock manifold anymore where it was on, and dealer wanted 150 for the emisions kit even with my employee discount.

A 1/2 inch pipe cap should fit that tube coming off the header. (that is what I used for my brospeed header, the size and threads should be the same for every header with that pipe coming off of it, if the header was made correctly)

Just go to the hardware stoe and look for a steel 1/2 inch pipe cap in the plumbing/fittings section.

i did just that and the cap didnt fit, , what do i do = (

i used a lugnut to cap mine off had to change the threads

hmm, you will have to bring the part of the header with the open end on it to the hardware store and test fit pipe caps or whatevee else they have there. I know, sounds lame but everyone has to do that once in a while. How do you think I found out I had to use a 1/2 inch pipe cap? :)

Same thing here, I walked in to Home Depot with the top half of my header and found the pipe cap to use.
