How exactly do you do this? There is quite a bit of slack in mine. What do you do to get it tighter? Does this just improve throttle response? Any thing else I should know? Tia.

No problem, just look at the intake manifold, you will see the throttle cable bracket bolted to it with 2 bolts. Just loosen those bolts, pull the cable to the left (passenger side of the car) so the slack is taken up (without, of course, pulling the cable too far where the throttle starts to open!) then once the cable bracket is int he right position just bolt it back down.

That's it!
