42979, CEL Codes Question...what to do?

Alright I got a 46 and 43. It has to do with too much voltage and either Ignition coil #1 or #2. So what do I do? TIA

the 46 is your alternator, check the harness etc..
But I would go to autozone and get the P0xxx code, the keydance is worthless IMO, code 43 could be any of these (see below) but the P0xxx code tells you exactly which cylinder,etc..
