41192, fooling o2 sensors

I'm getting my Apexi N1 turbo catback soon and I'm going to get the person that installs it to also put in a straight pipe for me and get rid of the cat.
So for people that have done this, is the noise in the cabin get alot louder without the cat?
And what I really need to know is how do I fool the o2 sensors so I don't have a check engine light on?
Thanks guys.
