are there ant sites where they sell hoses for cheap for a 95 talon. most car shops have qouted me atleast a 100 dollars to replace all of the hoses on my car. i was wondering if i could get them from somwhere else cheaper.

just go to autozone and replace them yourself

Are you talking about vaccuum hoses or like radiator hoses?? You can pick up new radiator hoses for a few bucks at Autozone, as well as some standard vaccuum hose. Or if you wanna dress up the engine a little, you can go to Road Race and order just about any color silicone hose you want by the foot, or buy a Larson Hose Kit that should have enough to redo all your hoses.
